The feast at Wyraj is divided into two parts – the day feast and the night feast, reflecting the cycle of life of the ancient Slavs. During the day feast, available at weekends until 13:00, you can taste our exceptional slices of artisanal bread and the oldest form of bread – flatbreads with a variety of toppings. For a longer breakfast feast we recommend the Old Polish pieniek board full of regional cheeses and cured meats.
The night feast is when we change the mood – we light candles, dim the lights and begin the time of lunches and suppers! We start the feast with popasy, or Slavic tapas, and pieńki – nibbles and snacks from local cheesemakers and smokehouses. Next come zalewajka and polewka – soups in vegetarian and meat versions. The highlight is the obiata, or main courses, which always include a fish, a vegetarian, a poultry and a game dish. The feast ends with wety, or desserts, all complemented by exceptional drinks and spirits from Polish suppliers.
Our cuisine has been awarded the BIB GOURMAND 2025 distinction by the Michelin Guide — recognition of excellent value for money and exceptional flavours.
